As a part of the services related to legal aid in cases within the scope of environmental protection and waste management law, the Legato Group offers complex legal aid as regards preparation of the following:
- asbestos removal programmes,
- project outline specifications - previously "information on planned undertaking" being a basis for determination of the report scope by a respective Commune, City or Town Office - prepared pursuant to article 3 section 1 point 5 of the Act on the Provision of Information on the Environmentand its Protection, Public Participation in Environmental Protection and Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal of Laws of No. 199 item 1227 as amended).
- environmental impact reports (on each stage of a planned investment), which are a basis for issuing of the so called decisions on environmental constraints for undertakings in group II - for which a report may be required - pursuant to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers (undertakings that may potentially have a significant impact on the environment, e.g. road and industrial undertakings, etc.),
- complex materials for applications for issuing of environmental decisions for all undertakings that may require such decisions,
- aquatic legal surveys necessary to obtain a decision - "an aquatic legal permission",
- applications for waste recycling or disposal, pursuant to the Act on Waste, for undertakings that produce waste,
- applications for issuing of permissions for waste storage and transport pursuant to the Act on Waste,
- information on waste produced and the manners of waste management pursuant to the Act on Waste if an undertaking produces dangerous waste in the amount of 0.1 Mg annually or above 5 Mg annually of waste other than dangerous,
- Dangerous Waste Management Programmes - pursuant to the Act on Waste for undertakings producing waste above 0.1 Mg annually,
- environmental impact forecasts for strategic documents.
